Before making exterior changes* or improvements* to your property, please submit an Architectural Review request for approval. This helps ensure that all updates remain consistent with the community’s standards and governing documents.

Examples of Projects That May Require ARC Approval
The following are common examples of exterior changes* that may require Architectural Review approval before work begins:
- Exterior paint color changes
- Fences, gates, or privacy screens
- Roof replacement or major roof repairs
- Driveway additions, extensions, or pavers
- Patios, decks, pergolas, or screen enclosures
- Pools, spas, or pool equipment
- Sheds or storage buildings
- Major landscaping changes
- Tree removal
- Solar panels
- Satellite dishes or exterior equipment
- Changes to windows, doors, shutters, or lighting
- * per changes to FL statutes improvements or objects that cannot be seen from the road, a neighbors property or common areas do not require ARC approval
